The live music at the pool was enjoyable and added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The rooms felt outdated, and the breakfast options were limited for what you pay. Overall, the staff was friendly but there are hidden fees. The golf course nearby was a plus for us.

The evening entertainment was enjoyable, and the live music added a nice touch. Unfortunately, my room keys didn't work consistently, which was frustrating. nice atmosphere but needs better maintenance.

Indian Wells Resort Hotel has a fantastic location and offers complimentary Tesla chargers at a reasonable parking fee. The lobby is inviting, and the decor pays homage to Lucy & Desi. the breakfast could use improvement, as it lacks variety and heartier options.

The pool area is perfect for lounging with a fire pit. The staff is friendly, and the common areas feel clean and inviting.

Breakfast options are basic and fall short.

Charming hotel, charming atmosphere with breathtaking views of the golf course and mountains and a delightful selection of breakfast options that truly enhance your stay.

Nothing to improve on.

Good breakfast options, lovely facility. The pool bar was a nice spot, with misters for comfort. A.C. worked efficiently, and refreshing water with fruit in the lobby was a thoughtful touch. Front desk staff were pleasant. The club sandwich? Excellent. the experience had its downsides. A lack of communication about room amenities left me disappointed—no fridge or microwave, limited toiletries. The layout was confusing; directions to the room were inadequate. I encountered disturbances that marred my stay, turning a promising visit into an uncomfortable one. For the price, I anticipated more luxury. There’s potential, but substantial improvements are necessary to meet expectations effectively.

I was really let down by the lack of accessible transport to the tennis center—no bus at all! Plus, the hotel had shoddy conditions, noisy neighbors, and outdated rooms. It just felt uncomfortable and not worth the price.

The bed at Indian Wells was uncomfortable, felt like it was leaning all night, but we were too tired to ask for a room change. the AC in the room worked really well, which was a relief. The facility itself looked nice, and I loved the historic photos on the walls, especially the ones of I Love Lucy. The bar area by the pool was a great spot to relax, and the mist areas around it kept us cool. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the refreshing water with fruits and cucumbers in the lobby was a nice touch. The breakfast choices were good, and we really enjoyed the Indian Wells club sandwich from the bar. The lady at the gift shop was super kind and gave us great recommendations for places to eat nearby. Unfortunately, not everything was perfect. The bed was extremely soft, almost touching the floor, and the bed covers had blood stains, which was quite off-putting. The staff seemed a bit rude, and we were charged for services that weren't provided and never refunded. The overall price felt a bit high for what we got, and it left us feeling a bit disappointed. Despite these downsides, the heated pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and the pool area's view of the golf course and mountains was beautiful. The location of the hotel was convenient for the event we were attending. the room itself could have been cleaner, and the shower curtain was a bit awkwardly placed, leading to water getting everywhere during showers. Indian Wells had its ups and downs.

Just an optimal selection for a short stayover in Indian Wells with value for price. The view was lovely.

The room was clean, but the beds felt worn, causing us to roll to one side, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Temperature control worked well, keeping the space pleasant. The noise level was generally low, providing a tranquil atmosphere. A little sitting area was nice for ground floor guests. The carpets had some stains, which detracted from the overall aesthetic. Amenities included a friendly, helpful staff and a free EV charger outside. the hotel could benefit from updated furnishings and clearer upfront communication regarding fees, as additional charges were unexpected and not fully explained at check-in.

Great location for a tennis tournament nearby. Comfortable and spacious room with Tesla and other EV chargers available. Lovely staff and beautiful pool area with a stunning view of the golf course and mountains.

Room felt a bit dark and dated, and bed/pillows were not the most comfortable. Additional charges, like parking and resort fees, made it feel a bit overpriced.

This charming hotel is just a short stroll away from amazing spots like the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, less than 2 km, and the gorgeous La Quinta Park, about 4 km away, making it a fantastic base for weekend wanderers like me. With easy access to a variety of dining options just a few steps away, such as Cava and Frank's Place, I enjoyed delicious meals without having to venture far, plus the magnificent mountain views and beautifully landscaped area added a lovely touch to my walks.

The entertainment on Wednesday and Thursday nights was excellent, adding a vibrant touch to the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, though the complimentary options were pretty lackluster. The decor evokes a nostalgic charm, with walls adorned by icons from the '50s, which felt a bit eerie. Service was friendly, and the staff addressed the broken hair dryer swiftly. But those resort fees? Absurd. Almost $100 extra for amenities I didn't use. Parking fee on top felt excessive. The room’s air-conditioning was noisy and the bathroom left something to be desired.

The hotel had great early morning service. The breakfast options were satisfying and got us ready for the day.

It wasn't cheap, but the quality justifies the expense.

Hitting the Players Course was super fun, and chilling by the pool was the vibe. The nightclub in the lobby was bumpin' every night, with live shows gettin' us hyped to dance!

More youthful nightlife options for party animals like us would make the experience even more epic.

We had a wonderful time at the nightclub, lounge where the 50, and, older crowd dances nightly. The live entertainment was enjoyable, complemented by the historic vibe of the hotel.

My wife says that more kid, friendly activities should be offered.

The hotel feels like you step into a glamorous movie set from the past. The swimming pool is so posh it almost made me forget the terrible free breakfast.

I adored waking up to the sound of room-cleaning symphonies at 7 am.

My stay at this centrally located hotel was a pleasant experience. The spacious, newly carpeted room provided comfort and a cozy sitting area. The friendly front desk staff were efficient and attentive. The vintage decor, inspired by Lucy and Desi Arnaz, added a unique touch to the overall ambiance. The free hot breakfast was delightful, and I appreciated the classic furnishings that gave a nostalgic feel to the rooms.

The intermittent car alarm in the parking lot, which caused some disruption in the morning.

The breakfast was nice, and the pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable. Also, the free beverages at the bar were a pleasant surprise. The historic photos lining the hallways added a fun touch to the stay.

Our room had an unpleasant smell, and the toilet's noise was disruptive. The cleaning staff repeatedly disturbed us before checkout time, making us feel unwelcome.
